About me

John Reinhardt is the owner of ZUM LLC. He is a certified part 107 Remote Pilot with over 12 years of experience in the unmanned aircraft systems field while working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Integration Office; he was the Program Manager of the FAA’s UAS Test Sites Program that conducted research, evaluation, and development of unmanned aircraft and its associated accessories. John is an aerospace engineer and a certified project manager. John is currently one of the instructors at the Puerto Rico Drone Academy. He has experience with safety risk management, Certificate of Authorizations (COA), Certificate of Waivers (COW), DroneZone, LAANC, and other related processes and systems.
